1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and myr123 ("Platform", "We", or "Company") regarding the use of all services provided through myr123.net and any associated platforms.

These Terms take effect immediately upon registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature available on the myr123 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another individual (proxy betting).
• Sharing wagering information or forming syndicates to exploit vulnerabilities in the system.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other methods to conceal your true location or identity in order to bypass geo-restrictions.
• Any form of fraud, including using another person's credit card or bank account without authorization.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

MYR123 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures upon completion of identity verification.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation:

• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited in full.
• The original deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be processed for return once the investigation is complete.
